Privacy Policy

Our compressors, PDF tools, image tools, calculators and converters run inside your web browser. The files you choose and the text you type are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to our servers, so we never receive, store or see them. Closing or refreshing the page clears them.

• Some calculators can create a shareable link. That link contains the numbers you entered, so anyone you send it to can see them.
• If you ask a tool to load something from a web address, your browser downloads it directly from that website.
• The first time you use the background remover, your browser downloads its AI model files from IMG.LY’s content delivery network (staticimgly.com) and caches them. Only the model is downloaded — your photo is still processed on your device.
• Image to Text downloads its reading engine and the language data you pick from the jsDelivr network (cdn.jsdelivr.net) the first time, and your browser keeps them. The image itself is read on your device.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, address or payment details. We collect only:

• Usage statistics — which pages are visited, the type of device and browser, and the approximate country. We use these to understand which tools are useful and to fix problems.
• Server logs — our hosting provider, Vercel, records technical data such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request to keep the site secure and running. These logs are kept for a limited period.
• Messages you send us — when you use the Feedback button or the contact form, we receive your message, the page you were on and, if you leave it ticked, your browser type, screen size and language. Your email address is included only if you give it. We use these only to fix problems and reply to you, and they are delivered to us by email.

Some tools save small preferences, such as a chosen currency, in your browser’s local storage so they are remembered next time. This data stays on your device. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without using cookies.

We do not currently show ads. If we add advertising (for example Google AdSense) to keep the tools free, we will update this policy first and explain how ad cookies work and how to opt out.

• Resend — delivers messages from the Feedback button and contact form to our inbox (privacy policy).
• IMG.LY — serves the AI model files used by the background remover (no photos are sent).
• jsDelivr — serves the text-recognition engine and language files used by Image to Text (no images are sent).
• Vercel — hosting and cookie-free visit statistics (privacy policy).

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the tools will keep working. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. Because we don’t keep accounts, this usually means emails you have sent us — write to support@aionlinetoolss.com and we will respond.

Our site is meant for a general audience and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
